My client is an A1 Main Contractor specialising in building / residential projects.
about the job
- Arrange for architectural trade demonstration for consultant's approval
- Arrange for testing of architectural materials
- Develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule
- Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed
- Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation
- Manage the project's design coordination works
- Lead architecture design development
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural
- Min 4 years of experience in building / residential projects
- Work in A1 Main contractor
- Able to commence immediate or within short notice period
- Able to commit to 6 work day / week (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm (1 Sat off per month)
