Job Summary
You will use your artistic skills to create engaging in-store experiences that enhance customer satisfaction. You will communicate brand values and product knowledge, provide personalized service, and support sales activities both in-store and at events. You will be required to work on the weekends.
Responsibilities
- Use artistic skills (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling) to create engaging in-store experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate brand story and values clearly to customers to strengthen brand connection
- Explain product features and customization options accurately to support customer decision-making
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver empathetic, personalized service to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on product information to provide accurate and current details to customers
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and guidelines precisely during all activities, including co-creation events
- Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as required to represent the brand and engage customers
- Perform sales associate duties when not on tour or co-creating, including selling on the floor, managing stockroom, and client outreach
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques to drive sales and customer engagement
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively connect with customers
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing work environments and travel requirements
