THE ROLE:
The candidate is responsible for driving advanced device development, reliability engineering, and process integration to enable robust technology development and qualification. This position plays a critical role in supporting next-generation technology exploration through close collaboration with DTCO, design, and technology teams across global sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive advanced device development and process integration activities, leveraging deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and process optimization.
- Support technology development, qualification, and ramp, ensuring robust device performance and manufacturability.
- Lead or support reliability engineering efforts, including identification and analysis of key failure mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines for TDDB, aging, and electromigration, translating foundry reliability rules into actionable design practices.
- Collaborate closely with DTCO, design, and technology teams to optimize design-process interactions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor technology development, with strong background in: Device physics, Process optimization, Reliability engineering
- Proven experience in advanced CMOS technologies (e.g., FinFET, GAA, or equivalent advanced nodes).
- Solid understanding of device reliability fundamentals and process-device interactions.
- Demonstrated understanding and hands-on experience with SPICE simulation and related scripting or programming languages.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Educational Qualification: Master's degree required Doctoral degree preferred.
- Field of Study: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related field.
