We are hiring an experienced SME with strong expertise in Oracle Opera PMS to support hospitality technology systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting within hotel environments, along with exposure to Agile project delivery.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience

• At least 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Oracle Opera PMS in a hotel environment (Opera Cloud experience an advantage).
• Experience in Opera system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall),
• showcasing adaptability.
• Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
