SME Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop New-to-Bank (NTB) SME clients through proactive business development activities.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with business owners by understanding their financing and banking needs.
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of Business Banking products
• Perform basic financial and credit assessments to support financing recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and cross-selling targets while maintaining high compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of client acquisition or relationship management experience within the banking industry.
• Open to candidates from Priority Banking, Personal Financial Consultant (PFC), Wealth Planning Manager (WPM), Personal Banker, or other Retail Banking sales roles.
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Retail Banking professionals looking to transition from B2C to B2B banking are encouraged to apply.
