Position: SME Loan Consultant (Full Commission - Uncap Commission)

We are a growing business loan brokerage firm in Singapore that helps SMEs secure the financing they need to grow - from working capital and trade financing to commercial property loans. We work directly with local banks, financial institutions, and private lenders to provide our clients with fast and practical funding solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy sales and building client relationships.
As an SME Loan Consultant, you'll be advising business owners on suitable loan products and assisting them through the application process - similar to how property or insurance agents guide their clients.
This is a performance-based, full-commission role with no cap on earnings. Our top consultants earn well above the industry average. Training, guidance, and qualified sales leads will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage SME clients to understand their financing needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Manage loan applications and follow up with banks and lenders
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- With or without experience - training will be provided
- Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Sales experience (finance, property, or insurance) is advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be residing in Singapore with valid work documents
Compensation
- Full Commission (Uncapped Earnings)
