Job description:

• Provide high level estimates and schedule for any service request/incidents/CRs
• Provide support in gathering business requirements
• Responsible for responding to the queries related to FVA incidents raised by Fiserv and its clients
• Participating in BRD/FSD walkthroughs and other relevant workshops
• Assist the support team in all the technical and functional aspects
• Review of the project implementation plans major functionality/technical changes
  Propose and guide performance improvement initiatives
• Liaise with the support team in critical and urgent issues for early resolution
