The Opportunity: Driving Assurance in Asia-Pacific

We are seeking exceptional, highly experienced Senior Internal Auditors to act as Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Audit Leads.

This role requires 10 or more years of specialized audit experience and the capability to lead complex, cross-functional assurance engagements with frequent regional travel.

1. Role Mandate (Strategic & Cultural)

The successful candidate will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Lead within a no-hierarchy culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires the ability to challenge existing processes, determine complex risks, and manage sensitive executive relationships to drive change. Auditors will lead engagements in their specialized domain and support others where they lack SME.

2. Core Requirements

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive & hands-on internal audit experience.

Open to global candidates willing to relocate to Singapore.

Mobility

Frequent travel across the APAC region (excluding China) is mandatory.

3. Mandatory Qualifications

Candidates must possess one or more of the following non-negotiable professional certifications:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)

• CRMA (Certified Risk Management Assurance)

• CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

• ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management)

4. Subject Matter Expertise (SME)

The candidate must be an SME in at least two (2) specialized audit areas from the extensive list below, with proven ability to detail Risk Mitigations, Audit Frameworks, and a 3-Step Execution Process for their domain.
