What You'll Do
- Presentsmart home products and integrated solutions during showroom consultations and project meetings.
- Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products and systems based on client needs and project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in coordination with designers and technical teams.
- Proactively follow up with clients to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.
- Manage assigned projects from confirmation to handover, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales and project records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative, customer-focused sales mindset with interest in smart home, interior, and renovation projects.
- Results-driven, proactive, and confident in closing sales.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and technical teams.
- Comfortable working on weekends, with rest days on weekdays.
