Job Responsibilities:
Leads the quarterly zone/country Board meeting, overseeing the allocation of statutory and legal responsibilities to cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and People representatives, ensuring cohesive and compliant collaboration across the organization.
Leads the monthly Zone Leadership Team (ZLT) meeting, ensures effective decision-making across all business units, executes key initiatives and maintains a focus on organizational goals and performance metrics.
Serves as the primary Point of Contact for Enabling Functions, coordinating and aligning initiatives with local and market function leads to ensure seamless integration and execution of cross-functional strategies across the organization.
Manages global project planning and delivery across Zones, collaborating with Region Leadership Team (LT) to ensure seamless execution, and achievement of project milestones within designated timelines and budgets.
Participates as a key member of the Region Zone Commercial LT, implements commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall Global/Region market objectives, and supporting the execution of business strategies within the zone.
Nurtures and maintains strategic relationships with government officials at the appropriate levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manages efforts to enhance the Philips brand, oversee the development of business cases, manage key partnerships, and take ownership of the deal board process with full accountability.
Evaluates and adjusts zonal sales strategies by conducting thorough market and competitive analyses to ensure alignment with evolving industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and enhance competitive positioning.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization by identifying areas for enhancement, implementing strategic changes, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation to achieve higher performance.
Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.
May drive budget planning and P&L management to optimize profitability and enhance financial performance.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Finance, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 15+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Project Management or equivalent.
