The Sleep Admin role is responsible for the administrative functions related to sleep studies at The Air Station, a subsidiary company of Easmed. This involves managing device logistics, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with patients throughout the sleep study process.
Responsibilities
Device Management:
- Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and return of sleep study devices.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of sleep study equipment.
- Track device inventory and resolve any discrepancies.
Data Management:
- Oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of sleep study data.
- Implement data security measures to protect patient privacy.
- Ensure data is stored in compliance with relevant regulations.
Patient Coordination:
- Schedule appointments for device delivery and pickup.
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding device usage and data collection.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Forms and Documentation:
- Review and process patient forms and documentation related to sleep studies.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of patient information.
- Maintain organized records of all sleep study activities.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant sleep-related regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
