YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics is looking for passionate and ambitious graduates to join our SKY Graduate Trainee Programme—a structured development programme designed to build the next generation of logistics professionals.

This 12 to 24-month programme offers hands-on exposure across high-impact projects, enabling you to develop critical business, analytical, and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gain visibility with senior stakeholders, and regularly present your progress and outcomes to the management team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Analyse data from various sources, provide recommendations, and distribute reports to management to resolve operational issues, regular reporting and as part of project assignments.
• Assist in the development and measurement of KPI's and operational improvement processes for a site/function.
• Creates and disseminate various reports as requested (creates, revises, changes daily according to customer's/manager's requirements).
• Work as full member of a project team to achieve the overall project milestones and deliverables.
• Frequently demonstrate progress with current work and present intermediate results to the Steering Committee for consideration.
• Work proactively and initiate communication with any stakeholder that needs to be involved if necessary. Follow up on work independently and make others aware of challenges to the assignment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Candidates must have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree before joining the programme. We welcome fresh graduates or final-year students who will graduate before the start date, with less than 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields
• Internship experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Confident in written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with different teams
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and present with confidence
