Job Summary
Assist the Lead Designer by producing detailed design and technical drawings for various renovation trades, applying expertise in SketchUp to support project execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Designer to develop and finalize design drawings that meet project specifications and client requirements
- Create precise technical drawings for multiple renovation trades to facilitate accurate construction and installation
- Apply SketchUp skills to model and visualize design concepts, enhancing communication and project planning
- Demonstrate adaptability by learning new design techniques and software tools to continuously improve deliverables
- Contribute to project success by maintaining a proactive attitude and openness to training and development opportunities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or a related field, demonstrating practical application of design principles and software tools
- Knowledge of SketchUp to do technical drawing and 3D.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to evolving design requirements and technologies
Other Information
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, six days a week, with Sunday off
- This is not a sales position
- Fresh graduates are welcome on a 1-year contract basis, provided they demonstrate the right attitude training will be provided
