Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking to hire a Team Assistant to support their growing team.
You will be providing end to end secretarial support to the Head of Department and his team. Some of the responsibilities include calendar management, visa applications, handling expense claims, hotel arrangements, handling complex travel arrangements, assisting in preparation of slides for presentations, preparing presentation materials, as well as any ad hoc related duties.
You should have a minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar capacity. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, are a team player, have good interpersonal and communications skills, have an eye for details and have good time management skills.
