Job Overview:
As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for our Sales team. You'll work closely with both prospective clients and our internal team to ensure smooth communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients using leads provided.
• Schedule appointments for interested clients with the Sales team.
• Maintain a positive, professional tone on every call.
• Stay informed about our offerings to effectively answer any client questions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to appointment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Other language skills are a huge advantage.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Polite and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to persuade and engage with potential clients in a positive manner.
• Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Bonus incentive will be given for successful closed cases.
