Job Description

Title: Site Supply Chain Planning Manager, Global Pharmaceutical Company

Location: West, Singapore

About the company:

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Company, dedicated to constantly delivering innovative medicines and solutions that enhance people's lives.

They are looking for an experienced Site Supply Chain Planning Manager to join their site leadership team in Singapore. This role plays a critical part in ensuring material readiness for multiple manufacturing sites while balancing service levels, cost, and inventory optimization in a highly-regulated cGMP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site-level material planning and/or production planning to support manufacturing schedules for direct and indirect materials
  • Own and maintain planning master data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP/MRP, BOMs, vendor & item masters)
  • Work with site Purchasing team to drive MRP reviews, purchase requisitions, and delivery adjustments to meet production needs
  • Optimize inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times in line with business targets where necessary
  • Lead and facilitate monthly Site S&OP, aligned with both country as well as regional goals
  • Partner closely with other cross functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, Finance, and Brand teams to align supply plans
  • Ensure full compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and corporate standards
  • Lead site-level supply chain initiatives, continuous improvement, and system/process enhancements
  • Support internal and external audits as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • 810 years experience in production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other MRP systems
  • Prior or current direct team management or leadership experience is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP concepts would be highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and prior working experience in a API/biologics manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous
  • High attention to detail, results-driven mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
