Job Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible forsupervising daily construction activities on site to ensure that works arecarried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings,specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth site operations
- Track site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality standards
- Ensure all workers follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and proper safety procedures
- Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Site Manager or Project Manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in construction projects
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Possess relevant safety certifications such as BCSS / SSSS is preferred
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team environment
