Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead, supervise, and coordinate construction site activities to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met while maintaining safety compliance and resolving worksite issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction site works to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project plans
• Coordinate site activities with contractors and workers to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure contracted works fulfill all requirements and targeted completion dates
• Identify and resolve worksite issues promptly to keep project progress on track
• Enforce compliance with all safety regulations among workers and contractors on site

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site management
