Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and manage the on-site construction team.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
  • Assign tasks based on skills and experience and monitor performance.
  • Organize work schedules and ensure materials are delivered and resources are managed properly.
  • Must follow the project manager's arrangements, be able to work overtime, and have no less than 8 years of experience on-site.
