Site Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor (Archi/Structural) to oversee daily site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, monitor progress and materials, keep site records, and liaise with site team.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with supplier, sub-con and to ensure the architectural/structural workmanship standards and progress.
• Monitor progress against program and report delays; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise Subcontractor.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and enforce site rules.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries to minimize downtime.
• Monitor on site progress against program and report delays; implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building.
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry.
• Formwork Safety Supervisor certificate is preferrable.
• Experience in precast field is preferrable.
• Experience in architectural and/or structural works.
• Good communication and team player qualities.
