We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor (Archi/Structural) to oversee daily site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, monitor progress and materials, keep site records, and liaise with site team.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with supplier, sub-con and to ensure the architectural/structural workmanship standards and progress.
- Monitor progress against programme and report delays; implement corrective actions.
- Supervise a team of NTS and PRC workers.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and enforce site rules.
- Manage site logistics and material deliveries to minimise downtime.
- Monitor on site progress against programme and report delays; implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building.
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry.
- Formwork Safety Supervisor certificate is preferrable.
- Experience in precast field is preferrable.
- Experience in architectural and/or structural works.
- Good communication and team player qualities.
