Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor grouting works (JET, fissure, and TAM grouting) at site.
• Ensure daily site operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and guide site workers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare daily reports, and update progress.
• Identify and report site issues, proposing corrective actions where necessary.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years experience in grouting or geotechnical works.
• Hands-on knowledge of JET grouting, fissure grouting, and TAM grouting.
• Strong site supervision, team management, and communication skills.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Safety-oriented and familiar with site regulations.
