Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor
- Diploma from Polytechnic / WSH Coordinator / Advanced Certificate in WSH or other relevant qualification preferred
- BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) Certificate - Mandatory
- Changi Airport / Airside working experience preferred
- Familiar with statutory requirements, site supervision, quality control, construction administration and progress reporting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to maintain proper site records and progress documentation
- Proactive in resolving site issues and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be willing to perform shift work
- Must be able to pass the required security screening and be eligible for a Airside Pass
Key Responsibilities
- Provide site supervision for Civil & Structural works
- Supervise site survey, lifting, utility detection and excavation works
- Monitor construction quality, safety and compliance
- Check permits-to-work and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and non-compliances
- Maintain proper site records, photographs and progress documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and relevant project stakeholders
- Attend day/night works and urgent site activities when required
Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
