Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure cable works are carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. The role involves site coordination, progress monitoring, and close collaboration with the Project Manager, contractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with work schedules.

• Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager/Engineers.

• Coordinate site activities and daily work planning.

• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and attend site meetings.

• Liaise with subcontractors on site matters.

• Coordinate material and equipment delivery to meet project timelines.

• Resolve site issues promptly to maintain work progress.

• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction projects.

• Familiar with site coordination, and safety requirements.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently on site.

• Experience with cable projects would be an advantage
