Job Description

  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
  • Resolve problems when they arise- Able to understand construction drawings
  • Able to perform hands-on work for tiling, plastering, welding, and electrical work
  • Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
  • Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material and cleaning the surfaces properly
  • Arrange and manage manpower, equipment, and materials for site activities.
  • Handle necessary permit applications and approvals with relevant authorities.
  • Monitor site progress and report updates to management.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to project execution.
