SITE SUPERVISOR

Project Oversight

Supervising all daily operations, scheduling work for crews and subcontractors, reading and interpreting drawings, and continually monitoring and adjusting progress to meet quality and delivery deadlines.

Safety & Compliance

Enforcing strict safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular inspections for hazards, and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are secured before work begins.

Coordination

Directing construction teams and subcontractors, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders (e.g., project managers, engineers, owners) to maintain a cohesive workflow.

• Manage budgets: Help with developing and managing project budgets to ensure the project is completed within financial constraints.
• Ensure quality: Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets set standards and specifications.

Administration and quality control

• Maintain records: Keep accurate daily logs, track paperwork, and maintain project documentation.
• Manage materials: Procure and manage construction materials and equipment to ensure they are properly maintained and stored.
