Job Description

MZ CONSTRUCTION Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to manage and oversee construction site operations and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower

. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and BCA regulations

. Monitor project progress and prepare site reports

. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

. Ensure quality control and timely completion of works

. Liaise with relevant authorities such as HDB, BCA, and LTA where required

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or related field

. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction industry

. Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety standards

. Strong communication and coordination skills

. Ability to manage workers of different nationalities

. Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage)
