Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and installation activities for current on-going projects.

Monitor project progress and resource allocation.

To plan and deploy manpower to multiple project site.

Identify and resolve site issues to maintain smooth operations.

Maintain site records and project documentation.

Attend site meetings and provide project updates.

Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding site progress.

To monitor site progress, workmanship, quality and safety compliance.

To ensure progress of work meets project timeline.

To maintain daily site work records, prepare and submit progress claim report.

Ensure projects are completed within schedule and requirements.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.

Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of construction experience with supervisory responsibilities.

. Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

. Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.

. Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.

. Able to read basic construction and isometric drawings.
