Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

This position is focused on the ground-up construction of residential bungalows.

You have to be on site, managing day-to-day building process, co-ordinating with sub-contractors and ensuring the project is completed from the foundation to the final handover.

Assisting our Project manager by co-ordinating daily site activities and managing key stakeholder relationships and attend all meetings and contractual requirements.

Managing the site workers, setting their schedules and monitoring their performance. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Support Overall site efficiency and smooth workflow and ensure all site activities meet project timelines and contractual requirements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Problem solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.

Requirements

To qualify for Site Supervisor,

Proven experience as Site Supervisor or in a similar role in construction,

Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 4 years.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills necessary
