Assist Project Manager in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
Coordinate & supervise site works carry out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
Manage & Site supervision of construction workers.
Transportation of construction workers.
Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
To carry out site work in accordance construction program.
Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.
Ensure smooth progress of site works.
Responsible for all issues concern on site or ad-hoc duties as and when directed.
Requires to liaise with site consultants / authorities.
Any other Ad-hoc duties required.
Job Requirements
Min Nitec in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent.
Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc (Applicable for both gender).
Possess a Class 3 Driving License.
Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Able to manage diverse team members.
Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary Works an added advantage.
