Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed within stipulated time frames and meet project requirements.
Inspect various sites to ensure that construction work adheres to timelines.
Responsible for ensuring that all workers on-site are following proper safety protocols.
Ensure that any site issues or problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Civil / Building Construction.
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering & Building Works / Related Studies.
Salary Range: $4500 - $5500 (Based on Experience)
Possess excellent leadership, organizational and management skills.
Possess keen attention to details and effective time management skills to ensure that projects are completed within given timeframes.
Possess a keen understanding of construction practices, methods and materials.
Possess extensive knowledge of the construction industry market trends and stay up to date with new technologies and materials that may impact projects.
