Site Supervisor (M&E)

Conducting regular maintenance activities such as unitcleaning, filter replacement, and leak inspection

2. Identifying and resolving issues within the airconditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions or refrigerant leaks

3. Developing feasibility pre-installation design proposalsand executing installation tasks

4. Conducting chemical and overhaul cleaning

5. Engaging with customers to assess their requirements andprovide information on air conditioning systems

6. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure asecure working environment

7. Ensure that all service standards and precisionperformance goals are achieved in order to ensure a smooth operation

8. Assist with all scheduling of daily operations andspecial events, to meet budget.

9. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites asrequired.

10. Communication in English and Mandarin (in order toliaise with Chinese speaking associate).
