Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, with a strong focus on construction works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure project schedules and quality standards are achieved.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports for the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers and relevant parties to resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure compliance with authority requirements.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with construction safety regulations and site procedures.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
• Willing and able to work night shifts.
• Possess good communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant construction or safety certifications will be an added advantage.
