Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise site operations, ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards to meet project schedules and specifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities

• Enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health practices. Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate instructions to the team

• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards

• Collaborate with site operations staff to align work progress with schedules and deadlines

• Verify that installations comply with construction drawings and technical specifications

• Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable standards

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• A recognized construction-related diploma for BCA GB2 Technical Controller
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant practical construction work experience
• Possess BCSS
