Site Supervisor

Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.

Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.

Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.

Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.

Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.

Supervision of Subcontractors work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.

Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
