Job Summary

Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring safety, security, and project completion. Lead staff management, conduct inspections, handle emergencies, and maintain customer communication to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review structural drawings and project schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Oversee daily facility operations, enforcing site safety and security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems, equipment, fire alarm control panels, and emergency devices
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures and prepare detailed accident reports
• Supervise, evaluate, and motivate staff by conducting performance reviews and maintaining accurate attendance and timesheet records
• Interview, onboard, and train new employees to ensure workforce readiness and compliance
• Set clear project goals, schedule tasks, and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding products and services to maintain strong client relationships
• Apply analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues promptly
• Demonstrate leadership by managing a large and diverse workforce with professionalism and confidence under pressure
