Site Supervisor

Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that work is performed with compliance to contract requirement.

Competent to interpret and understand specifications and tender requirements and review terms and conditions of contracts.

Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, materials and sub-contractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget.

Attend site show round and project meetings when required
