SITE SUPERVISOR

Hong Tai Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is looking for a Construction Site Manager to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

. Co-ordinate the activities of all work teams on the site to ensure that the project's objectives for cost, time, safety, quality and environmental management are achieved.

. Carry out necessary planning and implement necessary control to ensure that our safety and environmental policies and legislative and contract obligations.

. Ensure project records are accurate and correctly updated and maintained.

. Ensure a site induction process is in place.

. Manage the programme for the project and ensure project planning is undertaken and completed in a timely manner.

. Ensure, in consultation with General Foremen/Foreman, that forward planning is carried out, is achievable and is achieved.

. Ensure daily coordination of all significant works is undertaken through daily pre-starts and all necessary actions applied across the project.

. Ensure the quality of project is delivered at a consistently high level and to meet the requirements of the head contract.

. Ensure that the foremen, leading hands and supervisors on the project/s are made up of skilled and capable teams.

. Ensure direct reports are provided with training, coaching and mentoring to ensure maximum performance.

. Develop a sound succession plan that takes into consideration the career development of team members and adequately addresses their aspirations.
