Job Description & Requirements
- Drawing and documentation preparation.
- Risk Assesment preparation and evaluvate.
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction workers, subcontractors and vendors on site.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore fire safety regulationsMaintain detailed records and documentation related to site activities, progress, and any incidents.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environmentProvide on-the-job training and guidance to construction workers as needed.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Compiling and submitting completed work to Quantity Surveyor for progress claims to the Clients.
- Working hours: 8:00 am onwards, with closing time determined by site requirements.
- Technical knowledge of security camera systems and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
