Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

. Co-ordinate and supervise Chinese, Indian & Bangladesh site workersand subcontractors.

. Excellent structure construction skills, rebar work skill or formworkskill as a rebar supervisor or formwork supervisor.

. Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.

. Able to understand structural drawings and Calculation of SiteMaterials

. Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.

. To work closely with other site operations staff and in-house workers.

. Manage issues on site and resolve them

. Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work

. Attend to Site Meetings

. Compliance to safe work procedures

. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

. At least 5 years supervisor experience in Structure Construction isrequired

. Have good interpersonal, communication and people management skills

. Good communicative skills, able to communicate with people of alllevels (Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi Workers and management team)

. Must possess Certificates of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course or/and Formwork Safety Course for Supervisors.
