Job Summary:
We are seeking a SiteSupervisor and General Foreman to oversee and manage all site activities related to manufacturing and electrical works. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and standards.
- Lead and guide site workers, foremen, and subcontractors for daily operations.
- Schedule, monitor, and report progress of site works.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to method statements.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts.
- Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, material approvals, and inspection checklists.
- Enforce safety policies .
