Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure that all work is carried out safely, properly, and according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site work.
• Monitor workers attendance, work progress, and quality of work.
• Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Liaise with project manager, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Conduct site checks and report progress or issues to management.
• Ensure workplace safety rules and company procedures are followed.
• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating work schedules.
• Prepare daily site reports when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction, renovation, electrical, or related site works.
• Able to read simple drawings and understand site instructions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to supervise workers and work under pressure.
• Willing to work at different project sites.
• Safety certificates will be an advantage.
