Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the on-site installation of outdoor camera systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the most effective camera placements and configurations.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed during the installation process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the installation of camera systems.
• Monitor the progress of installations to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure systems are functioning correctly before handover to the client.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, materials used, and any issues encountered on site.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and installers to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding project progress, challenges, and completion timelines.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used properly to avoid damage or loss.

Requirements

Proven experience as a site supervisor, or in a similar role, with experience in outdoor camera system installation (CCTV, security cameras).

Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, team members, and management.

Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites as required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various outdoor weather conditions.

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights, as required for camera installations.
