Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process at job sites
• Ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and requirements
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and clients
• Manage and maintain all necessary construction documentation and records
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained
• Operate and drive company vehicles as required with a Class 3 or Class 2 Singapore driving license

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or related field
• Valid Safety Supervisor certification
• Valid Class 3 or Class 2 Singapore driving license
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
