• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Check assigned activities at site and ensure quality and safety
• Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site.
• Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/ productivity.
• Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule.

• Procurement and estimating of trackwork materials.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree.
• Able to lead and work independently.
• Able to motivate in a challenging work environment.
• Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
