Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

. Able to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

. Liaise with authorities, client and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority's requirement

. Liaise with engineer to execute the work as per planning for the project

. Site supervision of construction workers

. Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings and method statements for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work

. Ensure works are carried out in accordance to safety rules and relevant regulations.

. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and/ or HOD.

Requirements

. Diploma/ Certifictate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

. Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc

. Preferably 3-5 years working experience in building construction industry/ road works

. Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

. Effectively bilingual

. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

. Independent, analytical, meticulous and possess positive working attitude
