Site Supervisor/coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information coordinating actions, reviewing open issues and action items contributing knowledge to team meetings and reports escalating project completion impediments.

2. Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and coordinating subcontract works

3. Liaise with clients and consultants on projects.

4. Produce accurate reports and documentation before and after project completion.

5. Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.

6. Assist in updating the As-Built drawing on site.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Basic Vocational Certificate.

2. Min 2 years of working experience in roofing installation.

3. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills

4. Willing to work on the Roof top both RC & Metal
