Inventory & Material Management. Record and keep track of usuage of material to prevent wastage or shortages. To report low stock levels and request for replenishment in advance. Ensure proper Storage, handling and safety of materials on site.
Site Meeting, visitings and to report the progress of works and following up with instruction given during the meeting.
Measurements and Site records, verifying quantities of work done, following up with progress claims. Assisting with variation orders and keeping record of daily work for accountability with photos and documents.
Answering emails queries to consultants and clients, coordinate and clarify technical questions.
Working Hours and commitment must remain flexible to meet tight deadlines and critical issue on site. Be prepared to work beyond normal office hours including late nightand weekends when projects schedules and urgent site matters requires.
