Site Supervisor(Construction)

We are a construction company looking for 2 Site Supervisors with experience in cabinet and furniture works.

Key Responsibilities:

. Coordinate and supervise on-site installation of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and other built-in furniture.

. Arrange installation schedules and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and site teams.

. Visit factories regularly to monitor production progress and ensure the quality of cabinets and furniture.

. Check materials, workmanship, dimensions and finishing quality before delivery to site.

. Coordinate with factory personnel to rectify any defects or production issues.

. Ensure all cabinet and furniture works are completed according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.

. Coordinate site measurements, deliveries and installation works.

. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion.

. Communicate with project/site management and report work progress and issues.

Requirements:

. Familiar with cabinet and furniture production and installation.

. Experience in kitchen cabinet, wardrobe or built-in furniture works is highly preferred.

. Able to understand basic shop drawings and site measurements.

. Good knowledge of cabinet materials, hardware, fittings and installation methods.

. Able to supervise workers and coordinate with factories and site teams.

. Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

. Relevant construction or site supervision experience will be an advantage.
