Site Supervisor

Qualifications and Job Requirements :

- ITE or Diploma in Construction related certificate or minimum 5 years experiences in construction

- Dynamic, energetic, initiative and ability to work well independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Possess Class 3 driving licence

- 6 days work week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To plan and schedule new and on-going projects

- To plan and deploy manpower to site

- To coordinate, organise and supervise day to day site work including safety and quality control and sub-contractors

- To procure materials require for projects and liaise with suppliers on deliver schedules

- To ensure progress of work meets project timeline

- To inspect work on site and inform Project Manager of any defects or non-compliance

- To prepare and submit progress report, work completion report

- To attend site meeting and liaise with customers on schedules, requirements and quality

- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
